Kristen's Big News!

Winter Break was anything but a break this year. While working at my "break" job in Columbus, I also finished up last minute changes to some graduate school applications, went to an open house for a DPT program, and went on my first graduate school interview. Overall, the interview went as anticipated, though I was surprised by a few of the questions. I didn't get the typical "what are your stengths and weaknesses" question which I had fully prepared for. While I found myself second-guessing my answers, I knew that I had done well in the interview when the end approached and I had some well-thought-out questions about that specific university's program. Two days after my interview, I found out that I was accepted into the Doctorate program for Physical Therapy at the Ohio State University. While I am still waiting to see what other opportunities present themselves, I have made my financial commitment to Ohio State and will more than likely begin school there this June! I was very excited to learn about my acceptance and I feel much more relaxed about my last semester here at Bowling Green. All the hard work I've put into my studies is finally paying off and I'm thrilled.
